Down here in the South Pacific, 
we are a long way from
the main amateur populations,
hence virtually every QSO is "DX".

So here's a typical shot of the great circle map in Logger32 during CQ WW contest, with an arc of EU spots from the West round to the North, a scattering in the Americas and a cluster around China and Japan.


Notice how few spots there are
in the SW quadrant i.e. Africa.

This is normal down here.
